Janelle Williams
Janelle Williams joined the ICN Vic’s Social Procurement Team as the first Building Equality Policy Industry Adviser in July 2022. Janelle has worked previously at Northern Health where she was the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Adviser and a COVID workforce lead. She also has 13 years working
for the Victorian Government where she undertook a variety of roles including policy development and implementation. Janelle holds a Law degree from Monash University.
Janelle is looking forward to applying her policy and gender equality experience in the implementation of the Building Equality Policy.
Victoria has been with the commission for six months having come from the private sector. She has worked for the last seven years in the construction industry, including working for a Tier 1 builder. Her passion is to see the construction industry become a more equal place for all.
